Job Summary
Clintar Landscape Management is hiring a full-time Shop Helper to assist the Mechanic with the maintenance and servicing of company vehicles and equipment, helping ensure they remain safe, reliable, and in good working condition. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, dependable, and flexible to accommodate the varied work schedule during the Winter Season.
Clintar Landscape Management is hiring a full-time Shop Helper to assist the Mechanic with the maintenance and servicing of company vehicles and equipment, helping ensure they remain safe, reliable, and in good working condition. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, dependable, and flexible to accommodate the varied work schedule during the Winter Season.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Mechanic with routine servicing and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, including the parts room, entrances, and storage areas
- Organize and put away stock, empty oil containers, and dispose of old parts, boxes, and other waste
- Perform general yard and property maintenance
- Clean and detail company vehicles
- Ensure all vehicles and equipment are parked properly and safely
- Pick up parts and supplies from various locations
- Assist with delivering vehicles to locations throughout the GTA and surrounding areas
- Complete daily duties as assigned by management
- Perform other duties and projects as required
Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. During the Winter Season (November 15th to April 1st), hours will be irregular and may vary depending on operational demands. Flexibility is required, including availability for evenings, weekends, and overnight hours when needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract is a must
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional manner when dealing with company personnel
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to assist with various tasks as required
Hourly Rate: $19/hr to $23/hr based off experience

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
