Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire landscaping crew
- Work alongside leaders using tools like 5 Ton dump trucks, trailers, quick-cut saws, blowers and general power tools.
- Tasks such as interlocking, laying flagstone, retaining walls, decking and fencing among other things.
- Engage with customers to address landscaping issues.
- Foster team spirit.
- Ensure health & safety compliance.
- Ensure quality work on time and within budget by completing tasks effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Preferred knowledge in hardscape projects, interlock and stone installation, equipment operation, and grading.
- Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents
- Able to lift or move over 50 pounds.
- Passion for outdoor work is essential, including in adverse weather conditions

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
